Lokring fittings give you the ability to fabricate and install or repair (cut-out and replace)  1/4″ – 4″ carbon steel and stainless steel pipe and 1/4″ – 2 1/2″ stainless steel tubing without purging, flushing, welding and other hot work issues. Use LOKRING with the security of knowing these fittings qualify to ASME, Lloyd’s Register, API, ABS and that they comply with AS 2885. Having been approved and included in many Companies global piping specs; these fittings are available in Australia from PipeServ. LOKRING pipe and stainless steel tube fittings feature patented Elastic Strain Preload (ESP) technology resulting in leak free fittings for gas and liquid services.  The tamper proof fittings are designed as a permanent joint or pipeline coupling without the use of welding and no hot work permits required.  The innovative technology behind LOKRING fittings provide a range of benefits including increased productivity through efficient installation, improved safety with the elimination of welding and greater overall quality.

HOW IT WORKS

The Axial Movement of the Swage Rings During Installation Causes Radial Compression of the Sealing Teeth on the Outside Surface of the Pipe or Tube.
