PipeServ were please to assist with the supply and installation of Clock Spring composite wrap to a high pressure gas pipeline. This 6″ 900# gas pipeline had external pipe damage that warranted a repair and the chosen option was to install a Clock 
Spring Coil. The Clock Spring pipeline repair coil is qualified for up-to 80% wall loss and is applied without the need for welding or pipeline shutdown. With operations maintained; the pipeline is exposed and NDT tested, cleaned for the Clock Spring application, re-coated and inspected prior to back-filled. In many applications; the complete scope of works can be completed in one day.
